With a staff spanning the globe and fluent in over 10 languages, Octopus Cloud is capable of providing service to most regions around the world.

The recent addition to the Octopus Cloud team includes two seasoned experts in Microsoft Service Provider Licensing and Fin Opps. 

The two new additions include: 

Jack Kempt 

Octopus Cloud is pleased to announce that Jack Kempt has joined the North American sales team, where he will focus on enhancing customer coverage and support across the U.S. and Canada. With over 14 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, Jack has a deep understanding of the unique needs of the technology landscape. His background includes working closely with Microsoft hosters and Citrix service providers within the SPLA (Service Provider Licensing Agreement) framework. He also has valuable experience collaborating with customers and partners on solutions involving Dynamics and Azure, bringing a broad skill set to Octopus Cloud’s growing presence in North America.

John Carthy

John Carthy joins Octopus Cloud with a background working at multiple service providers across North America, as well as spending 8 years on Microsoft’s hosting team. John has extensive experience in ‘hosting’ and any related Microsoft licensing vehicle, ranging from SPLA to CSP and Volume Licensing. Having worked with hundreds of hosters across North America, he has gained unique insights into a wide range of ISVs, infrastructure, and application hosters. With a keen focus on efficiencies, John can provide extensive guidance on how Service Providers can minimize costs and maximize profits, while remaining fully compliant with Microsoft software use rights.
